CHECK-IN Time is anytime after 3:00pm
CHECK-OUT Time is by 11:00am

(We are happy to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs when we are able. There shall be a charge of $25.00 per Half-Hour that you occupy the house before 3:00pm or after 11:00am if you do not request and we approve a early check-in/late check-out).

CANCELLATION POLICY
A $50.00 Cancellation Fee shall be charged if you cancel once reservation has been made.  If less than 14 days notice of cancellation is given then the Full amount of reservation will be charged. If you leave early or are a “no-show”, you will be charged for the Full amount of the reservation. Cancellations must be made by phone (person to person). No voice mails or e-mails will be accepted for cancellations.  All scheduled Massages must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation or full amount of scheduled massages will be charged.

Half of your total reservation amount is due with reservation form. Final Half is due 14 days prior to arrival date. Valid Credit Card Number Required for Security Deposit.

DIRECTIONS:

Please refer to your Texas Map for the best way to get to the intersection of RR 620 and Hwy 71(Bee Cave, Northwest of Austin).

Take Hwy 71 West for about 13 miles and you will come to a Stop Light and then cross over a large Bridge (Pedernales River).

After the bridge, go 1.8 more miles and make a Right onto Paleface Ranch Road. (don’t be confused with a subdivision before this called Paleface Ranch--that is Oscar Road!!)

Follow Paleface Ranch Road for about 4 miles till you come to a Stop Sign. Make a Right at the Stop sign onto Haynie Flat Road.

Follow this road for about 3 miles and then make a Right onto Pedernales Drive.

The cottage is the Second house on the Right on Pedernales Drive. There is a green sign in front of the cottage that says Lakeside Hideaway.
